Sixty product leaders have joined the second class of Product Leadership Circles by Test Double.
Product Leadership Circles is an executive peer-to-peer group where product and product management leaders come together to solve real-life product problems with the help of an executive coach.
Participants are assigned to carefully curated groups of 5 to 7 product leaders from diverse industries, backgrounds, and areas of expertise. This one-of-a-kind community meets for 90 minutes monthly over 5 months for peer mentoring and coaching.
The caliber of the leadership joining the topics, the topics on the agenda and the connections that will happen set the stage for an extraordinary experience.
“From scaling teams and managing complex product portfolios to navigating the rapid pace of technological change and driving product-led transformations, these discussions are going to be nothing short of transformative," said Brett Buchanan, head of product management at Test Double and one of the facilitators.
“We’re going to tackle real-world challenges head-on, share our successes and learnings, and come away with actionable insights that will elevate our work."
The 60 leaders selected to join Product Leadership Circles represent some of the brightest minds in product management from across industries, including:
This year, Test Double is organizing our participants into 10 distinct cohorts, each designed to foster deep discussions and meaningful connections.
Some cohorts will be focused on specific levels, allowing peers to dive into the unique challenges and opportunities they face in their roles. Others will bring together a mix of experiences, creating a rich environment for cross-pollination of ideas and strategies.
“I’m confident that by the end of these four months, we’ll all walk away as better leaders, more connected peers, and more effective product managers,” Buchanan said.
If you’re a product leader who’s eager to learn, share, and grow with a community of like-minded professionals, Product Leadership Circles is where you need to be.
