This site uses Matomo Analytics to collect and analyze traffic in order to provide useful information about user experience on our website. The Matomo tracker collects anonymized IP addresses storing only the first 2 bytes, and assigns a User ID to enable analytics around visits, pageviews, device type, browser type, and referrer. This data is only processed by us and our web hosting platform. We do this because we don’t like being tracked across the whole internet either, and at the same time we want to provide a better user experience on our website. The Matomo tracker collects anonymized IP addresses storing only the first 2 bytes, and assigns a User ID to enable analytics around both visits and pageviews. This data is only processed by us and our web hosting platform, and cannot be used to identify individuals. We also have a contact form to provide the legitimate interest of allowing users to contact Test Double.
Usage data: when you visit our site, we will store: the referral website from which you visited us, the pages on our site you visit, the date and visit duration, your anonymized IP address (first two bytes only), basic device info (device type, operating system, screen resolution, language, country you are located in, and web browser) used during your visit. The visit and pageview information is primarily focused on understanding what types of information are helpful to website visitors, including which blog topics are of most interest. We process this aggregated and anonymized usage data in Matomo Analytics for analysis purposes and to improve user experience.
Contact us form: when you fill out the contact form we require an email address and identifying what you want to talk about, along with optional fields for name and how you found out about Test Double. This information is used solely in connection with the legitimate interest of finding out what you want to talk about and scheduling a follow-up conversation. We do not share your email address with anyone outside of Test Double.

Your Rights
You have the right to be informed of Personal Data processed by Test Double, a right to rectification/correction, erasure and restriction of processing. You also have the right to ask from us a structured, common and machine-readable format of Personal Data you provided to us if applicable. We can only identify individuals by email address provided if the user completed a contact form. We can only adhere to your request and provide information if we have Personal Data about you through you having made contact with us directly via the contact form. In relation to website analytics, we cannot identify specific users due to the Matomo tracker using anonymized IP addresses displaying only the first 2 bytes. To exercise any of the rights mentioned in this Privacy Policy and/or in the event of questions or comments relating to the use of Personal Data, you may contact us at hello@testdouble.com. In addition, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your jurisdiction.
