Attempted (and failed) to lead a team of 60+ software consultants through challenging downsizing in 2008 at a software consultancy run by an accountant
Coached numerous clients on adopting agile practices until coming to the realization that software development practices are far more important and impactful
Co-founded Test Double with a goal of improving how the world builds software and led the company's steady growth to 100+ double agents
Converted Test Double to a 100% owned ESOP, aligned with the goal of making sure all employees who are creating value have an equity stake in the company's outcome
